RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our priority is your satisfaction. We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from shipping date. Due to the delicate nature of bathing suits, garments must be in their original condition with hangtags and sanitary protection in place. Thongs and g-strings are not returnable or exchangeable. Garments that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way will not be accepted.

To process a return or to make an exchange, simply send an email to aguaclara@applauzi.com stating order and invoice number, and a brief message with the reason for return or exchange. We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Print the RAN received, enclosed it in the same package with your garment and mail it back to us. Insuring your package is strongly advised, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Once we receive the package, we will send you an exchange, or a refund will be issued in its original form of payment within 3 to 4 weeks. Shipping charges are not refunded.
